I saw the older AmpliTube 3 maybe thread, and thought I'd update you all and say that we announced AmpliTube 3 at Winter NAMM 2010!  There are new gear models, creative effects, 4-track recorder, movable mics, drag and drop stomps and rack effects, and more!

Check it out at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/amplitube - you can preorder now and get it when we release, which is scheduled for February so not too long!

Thanks.

Another nice development is the addition of the AmpliTube 3 Pedal on our site.  Street price should be $349 for this package.  Very nice!  Check it out at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/amplitube/versions/

And, since I was looking at this today, AmpliTube 3 as a whole (new models, plus the remastered AmpliTube 2, Metal, and Hendrix gear) represents the software equivalent of a staggering $100,000 worth of gear if you were to buy it.  Plus, if you don't know this, we really do use REAL gear to model this stuff accurately.  We're not just crunching numbers, the gear is extensively measured and tested many times in many ways.

You can get a lot of information from our videos on YouTube but also, check out a Harmony Central video which is of our own CTO giving a demonstration of much of his fine work Smiley  Great video:  http://bit.ly/arxXQw
