Take 1  Canada goose
Remove all the crap from inside
Take 1 house brick
Put goose on the brick in a roasting tray
Roast for 4 hours
Baste every 30 mins
Leave to cool
Discard goose
Slice up house brick
Consume
Bon apetite

I loved that recipe! I've never had goose, but I cooked duck once and never again. Greasy stuff.
I found a recipe for Ding dongs or Twinkies that called for the foam from a car seat that was funny, too. I think it's on recipezaar.

The sig is amusing since that "b" is like on some of the old Ball canning jars that were bluish. The other letters look perfect for that time period it's supposed to represent, too.

I cooked one and throughly enjoyed it; quite a fan of dark meat so it works well. I roasted on 350 and basted with bacon grease. This is suggested as goose tends to dry out quicker than chicken or turkey.
