Has anyone ever donated computers or computer equipment to a non-profit organization for a tax write off?  I am not sure how it all works but I have some stuff I would like to donate.  I could try to sell it and make a little money back but I need the space and don't want to wait around on buyers.  I have a general idea of how it works... you donate it, they give you reciepts and you turn them in when you file your taxes for a little extra.  Is it that easy?
