I heard that a nonprofit business needed a nonpaid webmaster and I was wondering what all that entails. There's no forums. It's basically just posting and updating information. I''m not sure what the technical aspects are.
Thanks for the help.

You might want to post the job desc. and profile but...
This is a good question and maybe my internet pal Jonesov can field that for you since he works in the not-for-profit sector as a webmaster. I will send him a PM and have him post his thoughts.
I have seen loads of webmaster positions for not for profit organizations it seems there is a salary involved for any accepted applicants. I have read a few of the disclosures and most of them entail fairly comprehensive understanding of web development and coding. There are some positions however that are looking for people to act "in part" as a webmaster for a built-in CMS systems that need to be managed like you do as a moderator here but a paid position.
You might want to apply for these if you spend a lot of time online. I'm not sure what the salary is but I know these sorts of positions do exist, its mostly moderating web based information via a content management system like Simplemachines, the opensource forum software I run here.
I find it very confusing that anyone can claim "Not For Profit" esp. large businesses O.K, so perhaps they are government funded which means there's a hand that feeds them a budget to operate. I'm not sure if theres any profit in employees but I know they have profit so what is the deal here?
