Just seen Neil's movie "Heart of Gold", filmed at The Ryman. Excellent movie, I've already ordered the dvd, but want a cd/soundtrack to listen to. I've checked everyplace I could think of, can't find it available, or even offered. Anyone got any ideas where I could find a cd, or is it not to be found?

So I'm assuming she's just a giant Jabba the Hutt-like creature made from a giant clitoris

No idea about where to get the soundtrack.  If you like Neil Young than (yes I know I talk about this movie a lot on here) you should check out "The Last Waltz"

"Young has indulged in marijuana and cocaine, but very rarely. In the movie The Last Waltz, you can see a huge ball of coke in Neil's nose; for the 2002 theatrical and DVD release, MGM digitally erased the ball. Young has never touched heroin or acid, and has never been in rehab."

Not sure if it's true or not but I heard that the movie was banned from some theatres back when it came out because of this.

yeah I heard the same thing.  Either its true or its a very good urban legend!

I heard that scorcese airbrushed the coke out of his nose.  Although its pretty hard to believe because the picture is so clear.  Such a good performance though!  Helpless is a beautiful song

So I just got me one of them harmonica holders a while back and have been working on some Neil... it sounds good as shit but it's tough to play them both at once and stay in rythm... It's like learning to sing and play all over again.

I been to hollywood... I been to redwood....  Cheesy

Heart of Gold was one of the first things I ever learned on guitar back in about, oh, 1972,3, 4, something like that.

Delta by C,S, and N beats Helpless and I like Helpless, too.

I love me some CSNY or CSN... I learned how to play "Our House" on my piano for my woman and I play/sing it to her all the time.  BTW Woodstock is probably the most badass song ever.
